Funds going to Meyer Children's Hospital Foundation
Following an announcement made in November, a one-off Opel Adam designed by Valentino Rossi has been listed on eBay and the earned funds will be given for charity purposes.
The "Opel Adam & Vale for charity" is a special one-off of the German city car which has been themed by Moto GP champion Valentino Rossi (aka "The Doctor"). The bespoke vehicle wears Rossi's 46 racing number as well as neon colors along with his signature on the hood. Inside the cabin it has received Dainese leather seats which mimic a motorcycle suit.
All the money obtained will be donated to the Meyer Children's Hospital Foundation – Meyer O.N.L.U.S. in Florence, Italy. The listing will be available for seven days and the current bid price stands at 11,050 EUR. Tommaso Langiano, Director-General of the University Hospital Meyer and President of the Meyer Foundation, said the money will be used for the games room where the children can play and attend lessons in which they can learn to read with assistance from professional educators.
