Some would argue that not even Porsche has built a 911 this perfect.
We’ve made no secret of our utter love and desire for the singer 911. Although its official name is the Porsche 911 Reimagined by Singer, its ever growing fan base simply refers to it as the Singer 911. That may not sit very well with Singer or Porsche because of naming rights, but that doesn’t change the fact that this car is without question the greatest 911 Porsche never built in the early 70s. The Singer 911 was first revealed in 2009 and while it may look vintage, it’s actually based on the 964 911 that was on sale from 1990 to 1994.
All of the car's body panels, with the exception of the doors, were replaced with carbon-fiber pieces, and its air-cooled engine received a good tuning from Cosworth. The list of changes is endless, but what’s clear is the Singer 911 is truly a fine piece of automotive art. Everything about it is just perfect.
