Official: 2015 Audi RS3 Sportback

Audi has officially unveiled the RS3 Sportback.
The 2015 Audi RS3 Sportback is the most powerful compact car in the premium segment.
Now under the hood resides the most powerful production five-cylinder (2.5-liter TFSI) engine in Audi RS history and produces 367 hp (270 kW) and 465 Nm (342 lb-ft) of torque. It is connected to a seven-speed S tronic transmission and a quattro all-wheel drive system which enables the hatchback to accelerate from 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) in 4.3 seconds before hitting a limited top speed of 155 mph (250 km/h) - or 174 mph (280 km/h) upon request.
Despite the performance provided by this engine, it sips just 8.1-litres per kilometre with CO2 emissions of 189 grams per kilometer. 
Other perfomance features are the aluminium sport-tuned suspension, Audi drive select adaptive dynamics system, and high performance brakes with massive eight-piston calipers at the front axle with 370 mm discs while 310 mm discs are found at the rear.
Despite the perfomance upgrades there are also visual modifications in exterior as well as in interior. At the exterior there are a front fascia with large air intakes and a quattro-branded grille, a reduced ride height by 25mm and a new rear bumper with a gloss black diffuser. Other notable highlights include a dual exhaust system and 19-inch alloy wheels. In the interior is equipped with Nappa leather sport seats, a flat-bottomed steering wheel and contrast stitching. There's also stainless steel pedals and 3D Design Black, Aluminum Race or carbon fiber trim. The new flagship of the A3 model will be available to order in the UK from March 2015 ahead of first customer deliveries next summer.
