Official: Mercedes-Maybach Ready For Order

Starting from € 134,053.50, the S 500, S 600 is available for € 187,841.50. Both models can be ordered from the December 15, 2014, while the S500 4MATIC will arrive later on together with a cheaper S400 4MATIC version.
The S500 has a bi-turbo V8 4.7-liter sending 455 HP (335 kW) and 700 Nm (516 lb-ft) of torque to the wheels through a nine-speed automatic transmission which will also be found in the 4MATIC version. The range-topper S600 makes use of a larger V12 twin-turbo 6.0-liter with 530 HP (390 kW) and 830 Nm (612 lb-ft) channeled to the wheels via a seven-speed auto.
Deliveries of the S500 and S600 will commence on February 7 while the S500 4MATIC will arrive in April. The Mercedes-Maybach S-Class is all about luxury so it shouldn't come as a surprise the Germans have already ruled out AMG versions.
