BMW 4-Series GranCoupe revealed via patent drawings.

On sale next year

Allegedly official patent drawings of the upcoming BMW 4-Series GranCoupe have surfaced the web, ahead of the car's reveal set for 2014.
BMW is preparing a four-door coupe version of the 3-Series Sedan for 2014 which will have to tackle the Audi A5 Sportback. We have already seen prototypes in plenty of spy photos so it isn't that hard to imagine how the car will look like and thanks to these patent drawings the styling is revealed in full. The car will probably have a slightly longer wheelbase compared to the 4-Series Coupe in order to better accommodate rear passengers.
Engine lineup will likely mirror the 4-Series Coupe so expect to find a base model equipped with a 4-cylinder, 2.0-liter turbo delivering 240 bhp (179 kW) along with a 6-cylinder 3.0-liter outputting 300 bhp (224 kW).
The BMW 4-Series GranCoupe will be revealed in the first part of 2014 so chances are it will be introduced at the Geneva Motor Show in March.
