Ram shows a mysterious rendering in a promotional video, is it the next Dakota ?

Dakota successor slated for a 2016 launch

Ram has released a new promotional video that features a mysterious model with a distinctive front fascia.
Details are limited but the image depicts an aggressive looking truck with a bulging hood and a distinctive grille. We can also see new headlights, a low roofline and metallic mirror caps.
When asked about the image, a Ram spokesperson told Automotive News it was "intended to show what's behind designing, engineering and building great trucks." However, Allparspeculates this could be an early sketch of a light duty truck that could be built in Toluca, Mexico.
As we have previously reported, the Dakota successor is expected to be launched in 2016 and could be offered in a variety of international markets.
