2014 Mercedes-Benz C-Class spotted in the metal for the first time.

With AMG Line pack

The 2014 Mercedes-Benz C-Class (W205) has been photographed in the metal for the first time, ahead of its official public debut scheduled for January at NAIAS in Detroit.
The vehicle was spotted by a Mercedes-Benz Passion Blog reader and according to the photographer it was the AMG Line version but with regular halogen headlights and without the LED taillights. This particular C-Class is probably a demo car with some AMG goodies and thanks to these photos we are able to take a closer look at the interior cabin with its controversial free-standing COMAND display.
Mercedes-Benz will show the new C-Class in January at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit and at first it will be available with three engines: 170 HP (125 kW) 2.2-liter 4-cylinder in C 220 BlueTEC, a 156 HP (115 kW) 1.6-liter 4-cylinder in the C 180 and a 184 HP (135 kW) 2.0-liter 4-cylinder in the C 200.
The range will be eventually topped in late 2014 by a new iteration of the C63 AMG versionwhich will reportedly have a new twin-turbo V8 4.0-liter outputting up to 499 HP (367 kW). In the meantime, Mercedes-Benz will introduce five 4-cylinder gasoline engines, 1.6- and 2.2-liter diesels, along with a hybrid model.
