Starts at $33,995
Lincoln has announced the 2015 MKC will be priced from $33,995 when it goes on sale in the United States next summer.
The entry-level model comes nicely equipped with HID headlights, a remote starting system, a rearview camera and 18-inch alloy wheels. The model also has a dual-zone automatic climate control system, aluminum trim, power windows / locks and heated front seats.
Moving up to the $37,225 MKC Select adds a 10-way power passenger seat, ambient interior lighting and a universal garage door opener. The crossover also has power folding mirrors with integrated turn signals and 18-inch alloy wheels with a Luster Nickel finish.
The range-topping MKC Reserve starts at $40,930 and includes all the aforementioned equipment as well as a power tilt/telescoping steering wheel, cooled front seats and a Vista Roof. Other highlights include a hands-free liftgate and 18-inch alloy wheels with a two-tone finish.
Options include a Climate Package, a Select Plus Package (with GPS navigation and a Blind Spot Information System) and a premium audio system.
The entry-level engine is a 2.0-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder that develops 240 bhp (179 kW) and 270 lb-ft (365 Nm) of torque. The crossover can also be equipped with an optional 2.3-liter EcoBoost engine that costs $1,140 and produces approximately 275 bhp (205 kW) and 300 lb-ft (406 Nm) of torque. Both engines are connected to a six-speed automatic transmission which can be paired to an optional all-wheel drive system with a continuously controlled damping suspension for $2,495.
