McLaren Special Operations reveals tricked out 650S Coupe

Upgrades also compatible with 12C

McLaren Special Operations (MSO) has taken the wraps of a unique 650S Coupe which combines an "optimized aerodynamic performance" with a "more dramatic appearance."
McLaren's bespoke division has introduced the 650S Coupe "design concept" which highlights some of the new aerodynamic bits and pieces that are also compatible with the 650S Spider, 12C Coupe and 12C Spider. Some of the new components include a redesigned rear diffuser and side blades manufactured from carbon fiber.
The vehicle showcased here wears an Agrigan Black exterior paint scheme consisting of a metallic black hue and a deep ruby red metallic flake. MSO says under direct sunlight the special paint changes its color and contrasts the satin-finished carbon fiber body parts.
Other components made from this lightweight material include the front splitter, air intakes, along with a new GT3-like rear bumper featuring a carbon fiber center area. Rounding off the list of exterior changes are the satin black 650S alloy wheels wrapped around in Pirelli P Zero Corsa tires.
For the interior, McLaren Special Operations has prepared fixed-back carbon fiber seats derived from those fitted inside the P1 which are 15 kg lighter and have been covered in carbon black leather.
Already available for order is the aforementioned rear diffuser for 7,245 GBP while the side blades cost 5,114 GBP.
