Citroen DS3 Dark Rose limited edition announced

Production capped at 350 units

Citroën has prepared yet another special edition of the DS3, this time called Dark Rose available for both hatch and cabrio versions.

What sets this special edition apart is the two-tone Perla Nera black and Shark grey exterior paint scheme together with a fuchsia pink roof for the hatchback and a black canvas roof for the cabriolet. The wing mirror housings will also be painted in pink along with a similar finish on the front and rear wings while the side mouldings have DS graphics with a Dark Rose logo.

There's also a fuchsia "3" in the tailgate's DS3 emblem, Dark Rose logo on the door sills and steering wheel, a DS logo surrounded by pink on the center console and Nappa leather headrests with fuchsia overstitching.

Production will be capped at 350 units, with prices starting at 20,250 EUR for the DS3 hatch. The French marque says the special edition model's advertising film will feature Alfred Hitchcock who was the image of Citroën's DS3 Série Noire campaign in 2011.
