Ermini Seiottosei is a modern day barchetta with 300 HP [video]

Runs from 0-100 km/h in approximately 3.5 seconds

Italy's Ermini Automobili has unveiled their new Seiottosei at the Geneva Motor Show.
Jointly developed with Osella, the Seiottosei was designed to "breathe fresh life into the legendary Italian Barchettas." As a result, the roadster has a carbon fiber and aluminum body which rides on top of a tubular steel chassis.
The interior is relatively sparse but features a digital instrument cluster, Alcantara upholstery and circular air vents.
Power is provided by a Renault-sourced turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 300 HP (220 kW). It is connected to a six-speed sequential Sadev transmission which enables the 686 kg (1,512 lb) roadster to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in approximately 3.5 seconds and hit a limited top speed of 270 km/h (167 mph).
