HPerformance shows off 500 HP Audi TT-RS black and white combo

700 HP power boost in the works

HPerformance is showcasing a modified Audi TT-RS duo with each car packing 500 HP along with other upgrades.
One wears a matte black paint while the other has a glossy white finish but both of them share a five-cylinder 2.5-liter turbocharged gasoline engine which has been dialed from 340 HP (250 kW) and 332 lb-ft (450 Nm) up to 500 HP (368 kW) and 523 lb-ft (710 Nm) of torque. They also share the Bilstein coilovers, H&R stabilizer and a carbon ceramic braking system sourced from the R8 GT. HPerformance has announced they are already working on an engine upgrade to 700 HP (515 kW).
The significant power bump was possible by installing an upgraded turbocharger, a specially developed exhaust system, HJS racing cats, optimized intake manifold and an aluminum intercooler together with bespoke ignition plugs. The white car benefits from a clutch upgrade with a single mass flywheel while the black TT RS features a step 3 DSG adaptation.
