Will likely be a rare sight
Koenigsegg has quietly announced plans to return to the United States.
Following an absence of a "few years," Koenigsegg will return to America with the assistance of Manhattan Motorcars in New York City. Manhattan Motorcars will become Koenigsegg's official dealer for the northeastern United States and will display an Agera R at the New York Auto Show.
In a statement, Christian von Koenigsegg said "We are truly delighted by the opportunity to work with such a passionate and well respected dealer like Manhattan Motorcars. We will do our outmost to support Manhattan Motorcars in the best possible way and are looking forward to a fruitful long-term relationship."
His sentiments were echoed by Manhattan Motorcars President Brian Miller who said "I can’t tell you how excited myself and my team are to be representing such an exciting and innovative automotive brand and look forward to a long and fruitful relationship with Christian and the team at Koenigsegg and putting these gorgeous cars on the road."
