Slated to open in early 2015
Porsche and the Automobile Club de l’Ouest (ACO) have signed an agreement to open a Porsche Experience Center at Le Mans.
Set to open in early 2015, the Experience Center will cover more than more than 3,000 square meters (32,291 square feet) and be an ultra-modern complex that has a restaurant, a dedicated driver training center, a Porsche Service Center, a Porsche Exclusive customization area and a permanent exhibition of classic Porsche models.
The Experience Center will also provide a full range of driving experiences to Porsche owners, future clients and enthusiasts.
In a statement, Porsche France Managing Director Marc Ouayoun said "The 24 Hours of Le Mans is a legendary challenge in motorsport that has played an important part in Porsche’s history. Opening a Porsche Experience Center here holds a special meaning for us. Porsche’s return to LMP1 has opened up great prospects for the future." He added, "The Center will be a fantastic venue for all Porsche enthusiasts to come and share their passion. Our clients will also be able to test drive the model they are hoping to buy with their various chosen options."
