2015 Kia Sedona/Carnival teased, debuts in New York

Will carry up to 8 passengers

Kia has released a teaser photo for the 2015 Sedona/Carnival which will be showcased later this month in New York.
It turns out rumors about an all-new Sedona/Carnival were true as Kia has announced today the next generation will be unveiled in a couple of weeks at the New York Auto Show. The mid-size MPV seems to adopt quite an appealing design with its sweptback headlights featuring built-in LED daytime running lights along with a large tiger nose grille and a raked windscreen.
Details about the model are scarce at the moment but Kia says its new minivan will be able to transport up to eight passengers and their necessary luggage. The model will also be addressed to "adventure seekers" so it will likely offer lots of storage options and versatile seating configurations.
One of the engines which will likely power the 2015 Sedona/Carnival will be a V6 3.3-liter GDi delivering 290 bhp (216 kW) and a maximum torque of 341 Nm (252 lb-ft).
More details will be released in the weeks to come, ahead of the model's debut in NY.
