Gold Porsche 911 cardboard edition revisited - hits 10mph

Features two seats

Johannes Langeder, 48, has found a quite interesting way to own a brand new Porsche. The Austrian has spent six months and 1,000 hours to create a gold Porsche GT3 RS out of cardboard.
The eco-friendly car is powered by a pedal mechanism, weights 99.6 kilograms (219 pounds) and cost €13,000 ($18,000) to build. It can reach a max speed of 10 mph (16 km/h) if you push the pedals really hard.
“It has 24 gears which is pretty impressive, and at the end of the day I am finally driving around in a Porsche,” the happy owner says. “'It is treated like a bicycle by the law and I wanted to show that a car needed no fuel. The most impressive feature is its extreme slowness - everyone on the street is faster than you.”
Langeder has built the Porsche back in 2010 and these days he regurally enjoys showing off his "supercar" on the streets of Hamburg, Germany.
