Volvo Concept Estate is one sexy Swede [video]

Draws cues from the 1800 ES

Volvo has unveiled the Concept Estate at the Geneva Motor Show.
Essentially a shooting brake version of the Concept Coupe, the Concept Estate features a striking exterior that draws cues from the 1970's 1800 ES.
Starting up front, there's a "floating" grille which is flanked by distinctive headlights with T-shaped LED daytime running lights. The concept also has a glass roof, gently curved surfaces and 21-inch five-spoke alloy wheels.  The elegant styling continues out back as there's a tailgate-mounted spoiler and a dual exhaust system.
The interior was modeled after a Swedish living room and comes nicely equipped with white leather seats and naturally aged wood trim. The model also has plaid accents, a crystal gear knob and woven wool carpets. There's also a digital instrument cluster and a tablet-like touchscreen infotainment system.
