Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG sedan spied wearing less camo on front bumper

More powerful S version planned

Our spies have managed to obtain a fresh batch of images with the 2015 Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG sedan.
The prototype seen here wears slightly less camouflage on the front bumper which gives us the opportunity to notice those menacing vents showing the C63 AMG means business. Its beating heart will be a twin-turbocharged V8 4.0-liter engine created by joining together two of the 4-cylinder, 2.0-liter engines which power the entire AMG A-Class lineup (A45, CLA45, GLA45).
The standard C63 AMG sedan will offer approximately 480 bhp (358 kW) but according to a recent report there will be an even hotter S version with more power, larger brakes and different styling both inside and out.
It is believed the C63 AMG sedan will be introduced in October at the Paris Motor Show. Mercedes-Benz is also working on wagon, coupe and cabriolet versions of the new C63 AMG but it's not known at this point whether these will also be available in the more powerful S flavor.
