As it stands, pretty much every single Mercedes-Benz model range is available as an AMG variant. Whether that be from the ‘entry-level A 45 AMG all the way up to the recently revealed S 63 AMG Coupe and the upcoming S 65 AMG Coupe. However, one model line-up not available with an AMG variant or variants is the B-Class.
Very similar to the A-Class albeit quite a lot bigger, the Mercedes-Benz B-Class has always been the quite child of the firm’s large family. No outright performance models of it exist let alone an AMG version. However, what if Mercedes-Benz decided to use the A 45 AMGs 2.0-liter twin-turbocharged four-cylinder engine in the B-Class to create a B45 AMG?
While it is unlikely to happen, GTspirit reader Pieter van Bergeijk has created the following rendering showcasing how just a car could look. At the front, it features a more aggressive facia with sharp air intakes and a prominent blacked out front splitter. Sports wheels are also featured while at the rear, AMGs instantly recognisable rectangular quad exhaust pipe setup is present.
