Has a 145 HP V8 engine
A rare BMW 507 Series II Roadster from 1958 went under the hammer and was sold for a record $2.4 million (€1,753,000) at the Amelia Island Concours d’Elegance held on March 13-15. The car went to its new owner with a fully original engine with only 17,563 km (10,908 miles) clocked.
This classic 507 Roadster is one of only 252 units that were built for the American market. It has a 3,168cc V8 engine under the bonnet producing no less than 145 HP. It still looks in perfect shape using all of its original parts.
