Coming to Beijing Motor Show in April
A prototype of the Porsche Boxster GTS was grabbed on camera near the company's headquarters in Stuttgart, Germany.
Visual changes compared to the regular Boxster are quite limited as the only modifications made can be seen in the updated front bumper, 20-inch 911 Turbo-sourced alloy wheels, blackened taillights along with a slightly reworked exhaust and rear diffuser.
These tweaks will be carried over to the fixed roof Cayman GTS as well and both models will benefit from a modest 15 HP (11 kW) power boost for the 3.4-liter engine in the S versions so the duo will offer 330 HP (243 kW). A manual gearbox will be standard while the PDK is going to cost extra. Reports are indicating Porsche's Active Suspension Management system will be offered as standard equipment.
Expect the 2014 Porsche Boxster GTS & Cayman GTS to be exhibited in April at the Beijing Motor Show in China.
