Those Germans just know how to build damn fine sports cars.
We all know the Porsche 911 has always been a wonderful sports car. People have been gushing over the German-built, original VW Beetle-derived sports car for half a century now, and it doesn’t appear to end anytime soon. Now it’s Matt Farah’s turn, a gearhead who loves Corvettes, Ford Raptors and anything else with more horsepower than necessary.
He rightly notes that the new Corvette Stingray is truly a world class sports car, but there’s still something about the 911 that makes the Vette and so many other cars feel...sloppy. Its combined elements of precision, handling and overall feel can’t be denied. Although Farah was never a big Porsche fan, it appears he’s been fully won over now.
