Rally-looking Range Rover Evoque is the Milner LRM-1.

With 550 bhp and 680 Nm

Those patent pics we posted at the end of 2013 were actually depicting the Milner LRM-1, an off-road race car variant of the Range Rover Evoque.
Autovisie contacted Land Rover to ask them about those mysterious patent photos and the British company promptly responded and disclosed the identity of the car. It's the Milner LRM-1, a heavily modified off road-spec version of the Range Rover Evoque with a full space frame chassis with double wishbone and a fully independent suspension.
The vehicle in these photos is the first production unit and comes with a composite body shell which is 4/5 the size of the road-legal Evoque, while power is provided by a V8 5.0-liter supercharged engine delivering more than 550 bhp (410 kW) and a peak torque of 680 Nm (501 lb-ft). Power is transferred to the wheels through a six-speed sequential gearbox with Milner differentials and transfer box.
Milner is offering the LRM-1 as a turnkey car or as a rolling kit with various choices of engines and gearboxes.
